Terms of purchase
1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply when you as a customer place an order via www.labelmate.se and associated pages.
1.2. By placing an order you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Order
2.1. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address. The order confirmation is a confirmation that we have received your order.
2.2. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious errors, such as incorrect prices or if the product is not in stock.
2.3. All orders are binding. If you wish to cancel or change an order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. All prices on our website are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT, where applicable. For international customers, prices may be displayed in other currencies depending on geographical location and/or payment method. Any customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. However, for customers in Norway, we are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
3.2. We offer several payment options, including credit card (Visa, MasterCard), invoice, direct debit, and bank transfer. Specific payment terms and available payment methods may vary depending on the country and payment method.
3.3. When paying by invoice, a credit check may be made. In the event of late payment, a statutory reminder fee and late payment interest will be charged according to the applicable interest legislation of the respective country.
3.4. We reserve the right to change prices and fees without prior notice, but not after an order has been confirmed. For international orders, changes in exchange rates may affect the final amount charged.
4. Delivery
4.1. We deliver our products within Sweden. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Shipping costs are added to all orders and are clearly stated at checkout.
4.3. If a product is out of stock, delivery time may be longer. We will notify you in such cases and offer you the option to cancel or change your order.
4.4. We are responsible for goods during transport to you. If the goods are damaged or lost during transport, this is our responsibility. However, you must notify our customer service within a reasonable time.
4.5 Early Bird
Delivery is made to the mailbox/letterbox or can be placed/hung by the door or mailbox if the package is too large. Delivered by the newspaper courier. Please note! You are responsible for the package after Early Bird has delivered it to the door or mailbox.
4.6 Postnord Goods
Your postal code determines whether you can choose this shipping option. The package is delivered to a mailbox or outside the door and you will be notified via text message from Postnord. Please note! You are responsible for the package after PostNord has delivered it to your door or mailbox.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. As a consumer, you have the right, according to the Distance Contracts Act, to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
5.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service at hello@labelmate.se and inform us of your decision. Please use our standard withdrawal form.
5.3. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving and checking the returned goods.
6. Complaints
6.1. If a product is defective or if we have delivered the wrong product, you have the right to complain about the product within a reasonable time. According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have three years to complain about a product.
6.2. In case of complaint, please contact our customer service at hello@labelmate.se and provide your order number and describe the error. We will give you instructions on how to return the defective item.
6.3. We are responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints and will send a replacement product at no extra cost or refund the purchase price.
7. Responsibility
7.1. Labelmate is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of our products.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect damages, losses or loss of income.
8. Warranty
8.1. We offer a one-year warranty on all our label printers from the date of purchase.
8.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects that affect the function of the product. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or damage caused by accidents.
8.3. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at hello@labelmate.se with your order number and a description of the problem. We will provide you with further instructions.
9. Personal data
9.1. We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, see our privacy policy.
9.2. We collect and process personal data in order to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer and to provide you with the best possible service.
9.3. You have the right to request an extract, correction or deletion of your personal data. Please contact our customer service for such matters.
10. Disputes and choice of law
10.1. In the event of any dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.
10.2. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.
