No, we are a pure webshop and only sell online. We are distributors and retailers of the Niimbot brand - are you a company and want to sell Niimbot products? Contact us!
How do I place an order?

You add items to your cart, go to checkout and complete your purchase by choosing your payment and delivery method. When your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

We offer secure payments via established payment providers. You can pay by card or Klarna, if you are a company and want an invoice or receipt for your purchase - email us!

Card payments are charged directly. In the case of invoice or partial payment, the terms and conditions of the payment provider apply.

No, we are affiliated with VOEC and pay taxes to the Norwegian state so that you as a Norwegian customer will not receive any unexpected fees.

Normal delivery time is 2–5 working days within Sweden, unless otherwise stated. All packages leave our warehouse no later than 2 working days after the order is placed, then it depends a little on the shipping provider and your choice as a customer at checkout.

The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. It costs anywhere from 59-99 SEK. For orders over 799 SEK, shipping is free within Sweden.

We currently use PostNord and EarlyBird. Outside Sweden we only use PostNord, when delivering outside Sweden we always use trackable packages.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email if you chose PostNord. You should also receive a notification on your phone that a package is on its way!

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act.

Please contact us via email before sending the item back and you will receive instructions for return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. Return shipping is 79 SEK.
